Trigly began where two passions met: a love for Greek olive oil, and a care for the environment.
The name comes from triglycerides, the molecules that make up most of extra virgin olive oil. As scientists by training, we are naturally drawn to the hidden structures behind everyday things.
At first, we wondered whether a scientific name might feel too distant from the natural product we love. But science and nature were never meant to be opposites. For us, science means understanding the olive oil better, from the packaging, the sourcing and the care behind each bottle.
We are building Trigly with the belief that exceptional olive oil and thoughtful design can go hand in hand. As we grow, we will continue to search for better materials, stronger partnerships, and more sustainable ways of working, without compromising on taste or quality.
